MEMBERSHIP
Membership shall be open to any person who is a certified IRATA technician who wishes to further the interests of the Association regardless of race, sex and religion, provided he/she is above 18 years of age.
Any person seeking membership shall make application through his/her Unit, Branch or Zone to the National Executive Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the ("NEMC") and the NEMC shall determine whether the application is successful or not.
The Association shall upon registration of member(s), ensure that employees and their management representatives recognize the right of every registered member within the Association jurisdiction to belong to the Association without further assurance.
Membership Types
GOLD MEMBER
An individual who holds standard membership in the Association, typically with voting rights and access to general benefits and services.
COMPANY MEMBER
A business or organization that holds membership within the Association, often with the aim of representing their interests and participating in industry-related activities.
LIFE MEMBERSHIP
Recognition awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions or have a long-standing commitment to the organization.
PATRON/MATRON
It is an honorary title given to an individual who provides substantial support and often serves as a figurehead or ambassador for an organization.
GROUP INSURANCE
The Association may take a group insurance policy to provide financial benefits/assistance or other facilities to such members and/or their families for loss of income due to death or prolonged illness or wrongful termination I member's employment absolutely depending on how the National Executive Council consider the member's personal contribution towards the upliftment of the Association and its ideal.
LEGAL ASSISTANCE
The Association shall provide legal assistance to any member for any matter connected with the Association's activities upon the recommendation of such member's Branch Executive Management Committee, depending on the merit of the case.
EDUCATION
The Association may undertake the education of its members and staff through meetings, lectures, seminars and periodicals reporting the activities of the Association. It may also take any other action(s) that will improve the members Trade Union knowledge and promote the good image of the Association.
Each organ of the Association shall set aside at least 5% of its income for capacity building and improvement.
All newly elected officers of Chapter, Branch, Zone and NEMC shall undergo an orientation on the doctrines of Trade Unionism to be facilitated by the National Secretariat.

I. Get certified by IRATA to any Rope Access Level
II. Download the AIRAN Membership Form or Pick up form from the Office of Secretary General of AIRAN
III. Submit Completed Form with membership Registration fee paid to AIRAN Account
IV. Send evidence of payment to the Financial Secretary of AIRAN for confirmation
V. Receive a notification and confirmation email of Membership.
